The state will award a certain dollar amount for each child enrolled in Our Lady of Mount Carmel School after primary residency verification and parent state dollar allocation permission is received.
Details about this process are forthcoming later in Spring 2026.

- When available, complete the OLMC Re-Registration (Bio-Update) form, which will be sent to re-enroll your child in OLMC school for next school year.
- Each family will have an Out-of-Pocket expense that will not total more than the former "Book Bill" that is required to be paid by the advertised deadline (a deadline has not been determined yet, but will be made known Spring 2026)
- Verify with the State of Indiana, your primary home address, using a document from the approved list of documents provided by the state by the established deadline (the deadline will be made known Spring 2026).
*Details regarding cost, deadlines, and registration and verification forms will be made available in Spring 2026.

- Only ONE of the following documents will be required to show proof of residency:
- Utility Bill
- Bank Statement
- Credit Card Bill
- Mortgage/Lease Statement
- Rental Contract
- Insurance Policy
Remember: There is no longer an income qualification to receive a School Choice Scholarship in the State of Indiana. Proof of income is NOT required. - Only ONE of the following documents will be required to show proof of residency:
