We will be taking applications for the 2027-2028 school year starting on October 27, 2026 . The link will be active starting on that date. The priority window closes on November 10, 2026.
See below for the documents needed in order for your application to be considered complete. Your application is not complete until all documents, including the teacher questionnaire, are received.(OLMC does not offer a Monday-Friday Pre-K program. The only Pre-K program is through the Parish Faith Formation office on Sundays.)

We continue to offer both Half Day and Full Day Kindergarten Options.Children must be age 5 by August 1, 2027 to be eligible for our 2027/2028 Kindergarten program.You will be able to choose your first and second choice for Kindergarten options in the application.

WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED?

Required for all grade level applications (K-8):
- Copy of birth certificate
- Copy of baptismal certificate
- Copy of current immunizations. (If your child is accepted and is due for any new immunizations between the application date and the first day of school, we will require a copy of the new immunization prior to the first day of school in August.)
- IEP/504 Plan and/or WIDA Language Scores (if applicable)
- $50 per student non-refundable application fee (all grades K-8)
- Have the current teacher (if applicable) complete & mail the Teacher Questionnaire available below:
Additional Documents if applying to grades 3-8: - Copy of most recent report card
- Copy of standardized test scores
- ILearn - we need the summative end of year report from the Spring
- NWEA (MAP) scores - most recent
Copy of the 1st Communion certificate
