YOUR CHILD’S BRIGHTEST FUTURE
BEGINS AT OLMC!
- We are now taking applications for the 2026-2027 school year. The priority window closed on November 7, 2025. If you wish to apply please contact the school office at [email protected] or 317-846-1118.
  See below for the documents needed in order for your application to be considered complete. Your application is not complete until all documents, including the teacher questionnaire, are received.
  (OLMC does not offer a Monday-Friday Pre-K program. The only Pre-K program is through the Parish Faith Formation office on Sundays.
- We continue to offer both Half Day and Full Day Kindergarten Options.
  Children must be age 5 by August 1, 2026 to be eligible for our 2026/2027 Kindergarten program.
  A $200 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of application for Full Day Kindergarten.
  Full Day Kindergarten tuition may see a slight increase from $5,000.
  You will be able to choose your first and second choice for Kindergarten options int he application.
  For priority consideration, payment must be received in the school office.
  Please make checks payable to OLMC.
  Bring or mail to school office 14596 Oak Ridge Rd. Carmel, IN 46032.
  We are not able to accept online payments.
WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED?
- Required for all grade level applications (K-8):
  Copy of birth certificate
  Copy of baptismal certificate
  Copy of current immunizations. (If your child is accepted and is due for any new immunizations between the application date and the first day of school, we will require a copy of the new immunization prior to the first day of school in August.)
  IEP/504 Plan and/or WIDA Language Scores (if applicable)
  $200 non-refundable deposit (Full Day Kindergarten applications only)
  Have the current teacher (if applicable) complete & mail the Teacher Questionnaire available below:

  Additional Documents if applying to grades 3-8:
  Copy of most recent report card
  Copy of standardized test scores
  ILearn - we need the summative end of year report from the Spring
  NWEA (MAP) scores - most recent
  Copy of the 1st Communion certificate
  
  Your application is not considered complete until all of the documents listed are received by the school office including the completed Teacher Questionnaire from your child’s current teacher.
